Fry lightly the clove of garlic with four tablespoons of olive oil, add the tomato puree, salt and cook covered for about 10 minutes. Finally, add a pinch of oregano. Meanwhile, cook the pasta “al dente” (or use the advanced unseasoned pasta) and add it to the tomato sauce. In a large bowl beat eggs, add grated cheese, nutmeg and the ham cut into strips. Mix the pasta with the tomato to the egg mixture. Pour into a greased pan suitable for the oven. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, the last few minutes with grill function. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
