Orecchiette with mixed vegetables

  • 320 g Maltagliati’s Orecchiette
  • 400g fresh or frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt to taste

Preparing

Put a pot plenty of water to boil. When it boils, add salt and toss the pasta. Cut the garlic finely, place in a non-stick pan with oil and cook on low heat. Add frozen vegetables and let them simmer over medium heat, season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta al dente and toss for a minute in vegetables with a little 'cooking water. Serve hot. If you want to use fresh vegetables, cut carrots, broccoli, peppers and cauliflower into small pieces and boil for three minutes before proceeding with the recipe.
