Cut the stems of turnip greens , keeping only the leafs. Boil water, put salt into it and add turnip greens, boil them for 5 minutes before adding Orecchiette. In another pan put olive oil and 1 clove of garlic, then add 7/8 anchovies and chilli pepper. When pasta is “al dente”, drain it and pour it into the pan together with the turnips. Cook it for some minutes and pour into the dish, spreading with pepper.
