Kosher certification
In Hebrew Kosher means "fit", "proper", "correct" and indicates the appropriate food that can be eaten by the Jewish people. The Torah and the Talmud establish very strict dietary laws, observed all year round, that include the nature of foods, how those foods must be prepared, the ability to associate the different elements in the same meal (eg it is not allowed to eat dairy products together with meat) and for those of animal origin, the main features of the animal itself (Certain animals may not be eaten at all).
National Organic Programme USDA-NOP
The certification by the NATIONAL ORGANIC PROGRAMME USDA-NOP obtained by Pastificio Fabianelly is mandatory for companies who wish to sell their organic products directly to the United States and it certifies that the products are produced and packed according to the U.S. legislation and standards.
Certification of conformity 3A-PTA
Pastificio Fabianelli has obtained the certification of conformity for the production of "Agriqualità" brand pasta – made from integrated farming- issued from 3A Parco Tecnologico Agroalimentare dell'Umbria, which is an organization aimed to consumer protection and to the safeguard of companies and products with a visibile supply chain and which respond to high quality standards.
Certification of conformity to regulation CE 834/20078
Pastificio Fabianelli produces organic pasta, controlled and certified by CCPB srl which is an organization recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry in compliance with the provigions of EC Regulation 834/2007.
