Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 320gr penne,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 250g halved cherry tomatoes,
  • 180g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked,
  • 1 cup  olives,
  • fresh basil,
  • salt and pepper.

Preparing

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until “al dente”. Drain and return to pan. Add oil to pasta. Toss to coat. Add tomato, tuna and olives. Toss to combine. Top with the basil and season with pepper.
