In a saucepan, prepare the tomato sauce, fry oil with two sage leaves and a crushed clove of garlic. After a few minutes add the tomatoes and milk, lower the heat and cook while you prepare the meatballs. In a bowl mix the ground meat with bread crumb revived in milk, Parmesan, a minced clove of garlic, two eggs, salt, pepper and dried sage. Shape into balls with the palm of the hands, of the same size, so that they cook at the same time. Dip meatballs in tomato sauce and cook for about 25 minutes. Finally add salt and pepper and sprinkle with dried sage. Cook the pasta and serve immediately with the sauce meatballs.
